The People's Last Stand Cocktail Class will kick off with a champagne toast and then we teach you how to make 2 of our cocktails. Along the way you’ll learn techniques (e.g., shake, stir, flame, etc.), how to make your own infusions and syrups, our approach to making balanced cocktails, etc. Everyone has their own cocktail station, so you’ll be making the cocktails live as your instructor shows you how.

Cocktail classes are 21 and up.
